Notes: The tournament is planned to announce the merger of Dundee HSFP and Dundee Morgan Academy RFC into one single Dundee City club.

7 & 8 August 2021

8 Womens teams entered, split in two groups. Group A was:- Caithness, Dunfermline, Dundee Valkyries, and Perthshire. Group B was:- Kirkcaldy, Dundee University, Strathmore and Howe Harlequins.

16 Mens teams entered, split in four groups. Group A was:- Dundee (HSFP) 1, Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, Strathmore, and Carnoustie HSFP. Group B was:- Blazin Squad, Gordonians, Quarmhub’s All Stars, and Panmure. Group C was:- Aberdeen GSFP, Madras, Kirkcaldy, Hawaii Try 0. Group D was:- Fylde Hawks, Howe of Fife, Dundee University and Dundee (HSFP) 2.

Kirkcaldy Men could not attend, but their place was taken by Stobswell RFC of Dundee; the Perthshire Women could not attend and the Dundee Valkyries organised a 2nd 7s to play in the women’s section. The groups were then re-jigged.
